The Southeast Chapter of FWEA serves the metropolitan areas of Broward and Palm Beach County.
Who are our members?
- Our membership is diverse including operators, engineers, and administrators of large to small scale municipalities and private utility companies, as well as representatives from consulting engineering firms and utility equipment sales and service companies.
The FWEA Southeast Chapter conducts quarterly chapter meetings in March, May, August, and November. These meetings are usually held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at a restaurant in the geographical center of the chapter (usually Deerfield Beach) except for the May meeting which is held as part of the annual golf tournament. The March, August, and November meetings include dinner, a technical presentation, and a networking event prior to dinner.

Annual Golf Tournament
The chapter hosts an annual golf tournament as a fund raising event for charities. The tournament benefits the FWEA Scholarship Fund. This tournament format is a four person scramble and is an enjoyable afternoon event of networking and fundraising for a good cause.
