Leadership Development Committee
The mission of the Leadership Development Committee is to provide opportunity for FWEA leaders to gain greater insight into the FWEA organization and to actively shape the organization’s future. This committee also works to motivate committee and chapter chairs to promote FWEA participation and leadership throughout the state. Each year, the Leadership Development Committee puts on the Leadership Workshop.
