Air Quality Committee

The mission of the Air Quality Committee is to develop, recommend, and conduct programs to promote general improvement in reducing air quality impacts related to water quality and wastewater treatment in the State of Florida. 	Gayle Van Durme P.E. Gayle Van Durme P.E. of Black & Veatch discussed the importance of performance testing odor control systems after they are installed and placed in operation.
	Vaughan Harshman P.E. Vaughan Harshman P.E. of SIEMENS Water Technologies shared various options and strategies in the area of specification writing.
	Air Quality Committee Attendees were provided the opportunity to ask questions of the workshop speakers during an open forum panel discussion period.
	Air Quality Committee The afternoon session was comprised of site visits to allow attendees to see various technologies and gain hands on experience in the area of O&M requirements.
